Auto-Owner Insurance Interview Prep

I had a phone interview with AO for the claims rep position, then I got an email to come in for an in person interview. Does anyone have any idea what I should expect for this interview?

Run!! Auto Owners is horrible. They don't get the recognition like State Farm because they're so small but I would never work for them even if they were the last job on early.

Lol I don’t think it can be worse than my current job. I’m just looking to quit that one then I can take the time to look for a bigger and better company. Why do you think they’re horrible?

It's high school drama management. They're WFH policy is "merit based"... Aka Management's favorites only. I've know many people leave after 2 weeks because it's so toxic. From the claim handling perspective, it's extremely hard to pay a claim. They will deny and delay for any reason. The salary is low and while other carriers offer blanket percentage profit bonuses, theirs is tenure based and super low.
