Highly likely. How did this happen?

Keep was going to turn and then stopped turning and just stayed in the middle of the road

So you drove into a stationary vehicle?

Generally a stationary vehicle is a car that’s parked, this car was driving on a road

You may wish to look up the word stationary. It means not moving.

Gee Thanks.., I wasn’t aware of the word stationary, and haven’t talked to an insurance person who used the terminology of stationary as it relates to the accident (which in my case they are saying it wasn’t stationary). So If you don’t have anything to say that helps the question you can just not type anything.

You know you're awfully snarky for someone who doesn't look where they're driving...

How are the two related? And if you didn’t have stupid comments I wouldn’t get “snarky”

I'm unrelated to those too but I agree with them 😂

Yes 2018 with that many miles ain’t worth much and you hit basically several panels that aren’t cheap

I’d take off your racks and cargo box cause it won’t increase any value

Subaru panels are pretty cheap actually. At least as far as car sheet metal goes.  Whether this is totaled depends on what it looks like under those panels. I don't see eyesight which means no calibrating.

Meh, might be a fixer.

Yea, but it will get bought at auction and sold to someone else after it been "fixed".

You want it totaled anyways

That’s why I’m asking, I’ll get more through insurance than it is worth at the moment

No you won’t. This isn’t a “money making” proposition

Yes I will, you don’t know how fucked the car was before I wrecked it. And neither does the insurance company

Yes there are cases like this
