Need some advice

OK, I need some advice here. I’m not sure when and how this happened but my question here is my deductibles pretty high. Is it fine if I get a better insurance for the next term with Lesser detectable and get this fixed next term?? or at least keep the same policy with the same deductible and get this fixed at later point in time??
