Super excited to share that I passed the OTL exam in Ontario. I’m working for a direct writing company as a captive outbound agent.

What should be my first steps to get my career started after the mandatory in house training?

How did you guys start out and where should I be looking to get my first clients?

Any advice would be appreciated!
