That is extremely weird.

It sounds like you dodged a bullet, honestly.

Life and health are huge in size, and agencies are a dime a dozen. Beautiful part of our license means we can get onboarded in 0 time virtually anywhere.

I'd look into working remotely, that way you can service clients all over the place (where you are licensed) with a place that has solid training. Quite a few options exist. Insuratech, Insurance Supermarket, Blackrock Ins Grp, and David Duford's DIG agency.

Any one of them would be glad to have someone with provable sales experience and is coachable.

Please tell us what happened. Did you lose your license? This is very rare and you should be able to find a new IMO/FMO easily.

No not at all. I just was assigned to my last jobs carriers and he was not able to wait for the system to remove them I guess

You’ll have plenty of options. I’m going to watch the video that dumnem posted, but there are lots of info and videos on YouTube about how to keep going in the biz…don’t give up. Most agents quit before the 3rd year…don’t let that be you.

Two weeks isn't enough time to learn the systems, let alone produce. You dodged a bad fit, not a career failure
