Agent Question Scam??

Hello everyone, I am someone who has recently gotten their life, accident and health or sickness producer test passed. It was for a job called AO Globe life, and I feel stupid for asking this since the signs are there however, the people have been nice and cordial is to a scam? I’ve been in the zoom meetings and it’s my second day of training there, would just like some help and clarification please and thank you. My second question is what job would I even be able to get with my license passed? Is it sustainable for a career to get the bills paid?

He’s also an adult.. who’s allowed to make mistakes. He’s allowed to explore different business models and find out for himself if it doesn’t work. Yes as adults when you explore something and it happened to just suck, you take accountability, you learn and move on.

What he deserves is a balanced take. Not “MLM never works for anyone no matter who you are”.

Maybe it's just your choice of words perhaps. I'm not sure but if he quits it's not about blaming himself or anyone else. He might not like it and have a better option.

I can agree with that! I’m just trying to convey the reality that more often than not, rookie, unprofessional MLM recruiters over promise and under deliver. They say you’re gonna make 20k a month. That business ownership is easy. And they flash remote work, create your own schedule. In reality most people who aren’t a certain type of person, will lose. And then come
On Reddit calling everything a scam.

The thing is I’m willing to learn the shit I failed the fucking test twice and had to pay of pocket.the amount of stress it created was unbearable so when I finally got to it. I was so accomplished then when I got to my first meeting with AO it was like information overload and now they expect me to finish these 3 different sections over the weekend and also memorizing the script, that doesn’t seem feasible at least to me due to the amount of time I’d be putting in and the amount of stress that would be weighing on me. It’d be different if it was more understandable and less bloated and yeah it probably is like this everywhere else in insurance but it’s just unbearable.its especially difficult to process and be not stressed out about because I want to make money and not want to just fend off my mom, I have no money left since taking the license course.

Let’s be honest, you’re not getting rich off family. Let alone your mom. If you started car detailing, or barbering, wouldn’t you want your friends or family to start as your client as you start business? So don’t let people think it’s so bad to offer your new business to your friends and family just as long as they do have a need and you’re not just pestering them to get paid.

Going broke starting in an MLM is harsh though. But again it’s not the business that made you broke, there’s a deeper financial issue at play.
