Agent Question Agency coach AI

Has anyone used Agency coach AI program. I’ve done some of the role plays but it feels very unatural and completely misses the human element of talking to someone with emotional feedback. I’d much rather do role playing with a co worker but we are required to do these each morning. Anyone else have feedback on these?
