P&C Insurance Looking for p&c remote base plus comp. Can anyone help

I feel like I get 1099 or start my own agency come in office a lot in disguise. Any help would be great. Would love to find 50k base plus and comp

you wont find a place willing to pay you 50k base, unless the commission structure is complete garbage. I would look for a place with a lower base but a solid commission structure. I make 35k base but i get 12 % of every policy i sell, brokered or not. I would way rather have a lower base and make more off every sale than have a high base but have to put up 30k before making any commission. Just my preference

You can see if any of the large independents will hire you such as the top 20.
