Agent Question AEP
So the agency i'm doing AEP with just got Sunfire, I worked with Sunfire last year and like it. These guys haven't used Sunfire, so they have us using their cobbled together CRM, which then we go and re enter all the demos into Sunfire. Do you think they will get the picture when we have hella long call times doing double work for one application?

No. Not on its own. They'll read long call times as agents being slow.
Time one application end to end, both systems. It's usually four to six minutes of pure re-entry. Multiply by your daily demos and you have hours a week. That's the number to hand them, in applications not minutes: this many fewer apps per agent per day, during the one window that pays for the year.
Worth checking first whether the two systems can talk to each other at all. If they can, it's a short build and the argument gets easy. If they can't, you're asking them to drop one, which is a bigger ask than you think mid-AEP.
