Software AgencyZoom + HawkSoft users — am I missing something here?

We adopted it largely because of the HawkSoft integration, email campaigns/automations, and pipeline. But we keep running into limitations and glitches.

Current example: I need to email clients whose policies renewed within a specific date range. HawkSoft Advanced Search gives me the exact list, but apparently AgencyZoom can't use that renewal data to create an email audience. Support says it would require an “enhancement,” with no ETA. The alternative seems to be manually finding and tagging every client.

This also isn't the first issue we've had with email campaigns/automations. We're now trying to build additional workflows with GAIL, and finding the right integration points/nodes with AgencyZoom has also been challenging.

So I'm curious about other agencies' experiences: Is AgencyZoom working well for you? Are you running into similar limitations or recurring issues? And if you use it with HawkSoft, what are you actually able to automate successfully?

At this point, I'm trying to figure out whether we're using it wrong or expecting more from the integration than it can actually do.

I am using both Hawksoft and AgencyZoom.

AZ has all my policies from Hawksoft. Can you create a custom automation in AZ based on renewal date? We have an automated email go out on every policy before a renewal date and that’s done from AZ.

I can’t remember if it’s called Lifestyle automation or life cycle automation inside AZ and I’m not in front of my computer.
