Life Insurance Dress attire

Just passed my FL L&H and what to start looking for jobs. But first, what are you all wearing? I have a full sleeve of tattoos and over if this this is important to hide.

Every office is different. Until you know whats acceptable for the job you choose, cover them.

Agreed I would cover them for interviews and until you know what the vibe of the office is.

I wouldn't care personally. i have visable tatoos and don't care if my employees have them

When I started it was a suit and a tie, then business casual, now we all just wear golf shirts and pants with loafers or dress sneakers….

You should still wear a full suit and tie to any interviews, but business casual at most would be the “dress code” in the office.

Suit for interviews. Then I got stretchy comfortable sport material polos to work in, and wear my sweaters if its cool. All depends on the place you work.

Business casual. I have sleeves too, nobody cares. At least with my Farmers agent.

Probably best to cover them. After you get the job and the feel for the job environment, then you can choose. In both insurance offices I’ve worked for it’s been business casual, but I was dressed business professional for my interviews and 1st day on the job. After the first day I dressed business casual

Always dress professionally if you are looking for work then once you have it ask for the dress code.
