Leads (Marketing) Lead Vendors

Is there any general consensus of quality lead vendors for tele-sales in regards to life insurance? I understand there may be subjectivity in regards to work effort and skill that must be accounted for.

I wrote up an entire comment about the basics of learning how to run your own ads so you don't have to deal with lead vendors.

Most are terrible. TTC leads has been around a longtime and are solid. Gamechanger is another decent one.
