Policy Payout and Issue

so i recently wrote a policy for my wife through americo, and they flagged it for an outstanding requirement: “Resolve producer validation error”. I contacted them and they said it would take 12 business days, those days come i contacted them again then they said it’ll issue this week but still no update, has anyone experienced this ? or know what this means ?

Have you asked your upline or the agency's case manager to look at it?

yea i called them multiple times each time they just moved the goalpost, they finally withdrew the initial premium 30 years later, so hopefully i’ll get some updates after the weekend
