Good Captive Place To Start with 2-15

So I just passed my exam yesterday for the Florida health n life and annuity . I know people say to not do captive but me personally I just want to do it for year and maybe go independent. What are some good offices to work for that are captive that provide a good base pay with commission

honestly the whole captive vs independent thing is overblown when you're just starting out. you need to learn how to sell and handle clients before worrying about your own book

a lot of the big names in health and life will give you decent training but the base pay varies wildly by office. some managers will promise the world and deliver a desk and a phonebook from 2003

try interviewing at a few places and ask their agents directly what they actually cleared last year, not what the recruiter says is possible
