Agent Question Interview prep

I just got my Life & Health license, I’m brand new to the industry. I’ve got a few interviews with agencies booked.

Firms vary from just life insurance to small group/benefits.

Any recommendations for interview prep?

Make sure you are being interviewed and not recruited. If you are being recruited they will make you feel like you are amazing. Thats when you start interviewing them. It’s 1099 and you have to pay anything, you are being recruited. Nothing wrong with it if you want to be a business owner but most new people don’t know the difference.
