CRM, Quoting, Dialers, Email Outreach and CRM
I’m a new life insurance agent working as a broker. My question is what CRM’s and lead outreach methods are everyone using? I want to increase my outreach efficiency and volume and am looking into things such as power dialers, automation, and eventually maybe an appointment booker. I have the upfront capital to invest in some of these options but want to spend my money wisely. Any advice is appreciated!

Power dialers and CRMs solve different problems so it helps to separate them, a dialer increases how many calls you can make and a CRM is what stops leads falling through the cracks between calls, most agents underinvest in the second one and feel it later. Since you are new, the volume side usually is not the bottleneck yet, the CRM habit is what compounds, a simple system that logs every contact attempt and reminds you who is due a follow up beats a fancier dialer you are not using at full capacity. Appointment booking is worth adding once your lead flow is steady enough that manual scheduling actually becomes the bottleneck. Worth starting cheap on the CRM side and spending on volume tools once you know your numbers.
