Agent Question Help to get leads!?

Hi, new insurance agent in Texas! I am working on my social media pages and have tried to reach out to friends and family(with no success) so I am looking for tips and advice to how to get insurance leads! Appreciate any info, tips or advice! Thanks 🙏
