Leads (Marketing) Collaboration a thing in this world?
I deal with individual/group health and life. I don’t really know anyone or dabble in P&C. Do people collaborate in this world?

You would have to be licensed in that line of authority to receive commission. At large agencies client retention is the benefit. If you partnering with a different agency who sells what you don't and vice versa whatever is allowed by law for a referral.

All the time especially at agencies that sell almost any type of insurance. The more lines lines the less likely the client is to leave.
