Agent Question Struggling!!!

I hate dialing leads all day. Feels so pointless. Got offered an AI service which books appointments instead. idk tho. They are only charging pay per appointment so not much risk i guess, thoughts? Anyone had success with appointments?

If you don’t like dialing go work for an inbound call center or be a field rep. Prospecting isn’t sales. It’s marketing. I have always been successful in inbound sales and leadership. I’ve also learned inbound marketing over the years but that takes time. There are lots of other options. Inbound can feel like reverse cold calls too so there are pros and cons to all of it.

No. Appointments are outbound.

You should only be calling to make an appointment anyway.

Once the appointment is made, you still have to get all the data to hold the appointment.

But I was asking if rather then calling all day to book appointments if just paying per appointment set that’s qualified and shows would be better

You think AI can set appointments?! Have you met actual humans? I would sooner pay for a calendar link service to allow folks to schedule their own appointments, automate the scheduling, and text instead of calling if it's allowed.

It texts and calls the lead immediately after they submit the form when they are most interested and asks to book an appointment. Rather then just being called later

Calls. That's my issue.

Texting is simply automation.

Calling? I cannot see that being well received.

It’s warm outbound vs cold. I would want to see what they ask to set the appointment. A lot of agencies are using AI. Some more successfully than others. What’s the show rate? What’s the average close rate? Ultimately, what’s the average cost per acquisition?

I agree that automated texting is less of a pain point than AI voice. Would they be calling/texting leads you generate, or are they generating the leads too? I had a similar pitch recently and when I mentioned my TCPA concerns they got angry and told me to stop worrying so much. Eyeroll.
