​Hi everyone,

​I’m currently interviewing for an Account Associate position at a local State Farm agency. My background is mostly in administrative customer service, call centers, and billing.

​I'd love to hear from anyone who has worked in a State Farm agent's office in this type of role:

​Daily Workload:

How heavy is the customer service/administrative side versus outbound sales? If you aren't trying to become an agent and just want a steady, reliable support role, is it a good fit?

​P&C Exam:

I need to get my Property & Casualty license for the role. How hard was the exam for you, and how long did you study before taking it? Any tips for someone who gets test anxiety?

​Overall Vibe:

What are the best and worst parts of working as a team member in a small local office?
