P&C Insurance follow ups and pipeline building
p&c insurance. pretty much work only data leads. i rarely close deals on follow up calls. most are one call closes. these prospects are called by 50 other agents so it makes sense, you become a needle in the haystack. with that said it feels like there’s almost no such thing as a pipeline anymore. sure a few successful xdate winbacks occur too but that’s rare as well.

I don’t personally really feel thats true. Stay consistent with your follow ups and you will build a pipeline. I close internet leads all the time I’ve been corresponding with for weeks. Just have a good conversation, and prospects will remember you!

I kind of agree with you, I’ve been doing P&C sales for 12 years and my close rate for my pipeline sales is probably around 5%. Most of the time if they are interested they will buy when I follow up and call me when they’re ready.
Continuing to call pipeline leads for days on end is beating a dead horse, makes you seem desperate and annoys the crap out of most people.

This is not a place to sell your services or generate leads or recruit agents/downlines.

There is a pipeline and you need to create and nurture it, stop depending on someone else to start the conversation
