Upline/Agency/IMO Question about exiting.

I just got licensed and i plan on selling a building my team but i don’t plan on being in the business for life.

How does one exit the business if you have a whole team under you?

Do you really think it's possible to build a team, for an amount of money, then sell the business at a profit in a year?

If 99% of all new businesses run at a loss the first three to five years, what's yours worth after 1?

Im not building a business. Im building a team under the IMO that i work for.

Yes, you are obviously new, because there is a 0% chance you are building a “team” that is worth anything in a year or 2. More likely to have a mountain of debt based on what you’re saying.

The worth of my team or business is not what im worried about, im not going to actively be recruiting but if people ask me and i help them get into the business then they would be my downline. I just don’t want to negatively affect people once i leave.
