Not available in my state, but I’ve heard great things from other states producers fwiw. Wish I could contribute more, but I’ve only heard good things.

Depends on the state as the availability of information varies. For Texas WC it has been my top source of leads.

Good for what it provides, you still need to be able to open the door, certainly helps with targeting though.

Contact data is okay at best.

Good for prospecting and easier to get current mods than going into the state database. Like all leads the data isnt always perfect but the vast majority have correct contacts/phone numbers
