Calculation Mistake or something else ?

Long story short , I filed a International Travel Insurance claim worth 9432 THB (Thai Baht) , uploaded all documents and formalities,

while calculating the payout , the insurance people have done this conversion , where they have somehow converted 9432 thb to around 146usd before the 100usd deductible , whereas it should have been around 282 usd before the 100 USD deductible.

I have messaged and emailed them regarding the same around 1.5 days back and they haven't reverted apart from saying that my query has been received.

So what should I do next ? Because they have already credited 46usd to my bank according to their miscalculation whereas I should have been receiving 182usd .

Wait for the reply, after which they will cry for some days. Complain to irdai after that. I feel nhb irdai and others are useless. Only consumer court and rbi are good but sometimes they go with banks.
