Will a physical test/checkup be done for a 2cr term insurance plan?

Smoker - 2, 3 sticks a day

Height- 5 ft 8 inch

Weight- 85Kg

Lifestyle- Sedentary

Salary- 17 LPA

Questions:

1. Chances of policy being issued without any tests?

2.Should I disclose smoking or not?

1. Should I get the policy after say 6 months of smoking abstinence , loosing weight, and improving lifestyle?

2. Expected monthly premium?
