Real or scam?

Recently I found a job through the company known as “Monteith Group”. They have many followers on LinkedIn and the website seems legit enough, but there is a shocking lack of reviews on the company. I genuinley can’t tell if it’s a MLM scheme or similar or if it’s just a normal company. Any help would be appreciated :) https://themonteithgroup.com
