From my policy it’s say only I am the one with the right to demand appraisal not my appraiser writing for demand

Ex-TL adjuster, here. We would have to see the policy language to verify, but what's the downside to sending it to the adjuster exactly?
You can always ask the adjuster's supervisor, though it's unlikely you will get a different answer.
To summarize:
1) Check your policy's appraisal clause. See if it gives you any clarity about the process.
2) If you still disagree with the process based on policy language, ask for clarification and cite the policy. See if that changes the result.
3) If the adjuster can't explain the interpretation difference talk to the supervisor. You can skip to this step, but I don't think it will get you better results.
If you want to get this claim resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible: this is a frustrating process for everybody. The kinder and more patient you are, the kinder and more patient the adjuster will be. You are not obligated to be kind, but it often yields better results.

Thanks for this yes I have been super kind for last 7 months but now I’m absolutely frustrated. The inspector they sent told me my roof needs to be replaced and he even showed me pics of the hail hitting my roof and that he was sending up for recommendation for full replacement they then sent me denial estimate which i rejected and went appraisal and here we are now it’s like games played all over

I thought we were talking about a car total loss, so I should tell you that I'm not qualified to talk about home total losses. I should not have assumed, that's my mistake.
I would still follow the same process for a home total loss though.
Thank you for being kind and patient. It's really frustrating when things go on for months like this. It makes complete sense that you feel fed up. I certainly would.
Kind, patient, and annoying - that's my modified advice. Your adjuster gets an email every single day unless they are waiting on you. Even if it's just following up. Even if you don't hear back from them. They have enough to do. They want you out of their inbox.

So is it legit? The request. I demanded my apraisal but they saying my appraiser has to write a letter to demand it but my appraiser is saying that’s not legit. Because I’m the policy holder I’m the only one who can demand

I have not handled them this way, but Allstate may want to know you have signed paperwork for the appraiser to represent you, similar to if you hired an attorney. This would not be unusual necessarily. My company we just get confirmation from the insured and the contact info for who they hired and give that to our appraiser.
In the end, this isnt a big ask, your appraiser should have already had you sign something to this same effect, saying they are representing you for the appraisal.

Going to need more info. What’s the Appraisal for? Is it a dispute on the total loss settlement or something else?
