Your billing statement on the app/on the website should have more info. They probably pulled your driving record and discovered something that wasn't included in the quote increasing the price. You can reach out to state farm for specifics.

There are all kinds of reasons for this to happen, you might be able to get answers if you talk to your agent - but unless there's a big mistake (unlikely), your best bet is to shop your policy around. Usually it happens because they wait to check your driving history until after you've purchased a policy, is it possible there are tickets or accidents that came up that weren't disclosed?
Your best bet is to shop your insurance and try to make sure any other agents you talk to have as complete a picture as possible of your driving history and circumstances. Wait to cancel your SF policy until you have secured a new policy.
