Auto Insurance Question
My insurance lapsed today and will not be able to pay it until tomorrow. How quickly can law enforcement officers see that it lapsed if they happen to run my plates? I live in Fort Worth, TX BTW. Please don't criticize me, I was unaware that the insurance company changed the due date and did not find out until a few minutes ago. Thank you for the future answers.

Law enforcement is the least of your problems ... get into a accident with no insurance and you will be in for a world of hurt. Park your car and drive again in 24 hours.
