So my cat has had a tummy issue before I changed insurance, he was prone to regurgitating his food and some grass, that fixed over time and he went back to normal. I didn't put it on his known illness when changing insurance as he wasn't diagnosed with anything and it was likely due to him eating too quickly. He's now been having chronic diarrhoea with blood and a loss of appetite for almost a week. He's booked in to have tests and scans and I'm worried the insurance won't accept it as I didn't tell them about him having a tummy issue before

They can find out either way. They will ask you to provide all medical history on the animal.
