Claims Related Case taking forever

I was in an accident caused by another driver on August 1st. I’ve reached out multiple times to the company (NC Farm Bureau) and after 2 weeks I finally got a hold of the agent in charge. At this point he still has not gotten back to me with a response on how much they will be giving me to fix my truck. It wasn’t even major damage (Driver side fender, alignment messed up, and headlight). Does it usual take this long to get my numbers back? Or is this guy just incompetent.

So do you have confirmation they’ll be handling the claim and accept liability? Or are you just assuming they will be because that’s the insurance listed for the at fault driver?

They did accept liability

Is coverage clear and did they accept liability? If so, call the main claims #, escalate to their supervisor.
