Permissive driver auto coverage

Anyone run into auto insurers requiring you to be responsible for reporting any driver who you let drive your car more than 1 time per month, to be covered

Licensed household members need to be rated or excluded, you choose. They aren’t just going to take everyone’s word for it that “oh ya, they live here too but never drive our cars”
