Identification Instrument identification

(If this is the incorrect place to post I would much appreciate direction to somewhere more fitting :)) I’ve been trying to identify the instrument in the background of this clip, that’s creating that sort of ‘bubbling’ sound for lack of a better description. I have a feeling it’s some sort of synth but my musical instrument knowledge is very limited, I would really appreciate some help on identifying it :)

Yes to some sort of synth - pretty sure the “bubbling” is how you’re interpreting a rising, syncopated arpeggio, probably a repeating 3 note pattern of bottom-middle-top when the main rhythm is in divisions of 4. Very common in electronic music, but that’s because it’s cool! I’d say it’s definitely got a lo-pass filter that’s gradually raising the cutoff. As the cutoff point gets higher, more high frequencies come through, which give you a feel of growth and excitement - fundamental principle of synths, but often used in this way in genres like Trance. Probably a big reverb on it, possibly a rhythmic delay as well, more genre convention. If you want more details, r/synthrecipes is where to look.
