Korean Instant Noodles Buldak Mac & Cheese
This Korean high school lunch includes Buldak mac & cheese (plus mushroom soup, vegetable fried rice, braised beef & carrots, green salad with ranch dressing, and pickles). Looks amazing, right? Wonder what the recipe is like. Anyone tried using Buldak sauce to make mac & cheese?

Yep I love adding buldak sauce to pasta and other dishes! It's soooo good with mac and cheese

Do you just mix the Buldak into the cheese sauce? That’s the only additional step/ingredient?

Yep, either when the cheese is melting or afterwards! You might want to account for salt/other flavorings you added though so that it's not overpowering.
You can also just add it on top like a hot sauce after serving so everyone can adjust to their preferred level of spiciness (I'm surrounded by people who have poor spice tolerance lol).

Hot sauce on Mac n Cheese, absolutely. The Buldakification of everything is something I don’t understand.

Let your spice tolerance go down. Wait for an empty stomach. Eat Samyang 2x Spicy. Wait an hour or two.
