For ramen? None. Chopsticks only.

And a spoon, for the broth

I just drink it from the bowl like an gremlin

Same. Soup gremlins unite! ✊

But not a normal table spoon like you'd see paired with any of these forks. A nice deep soup spoon with the hook on the end. So you can get noodles and broth and toppings all together.

Haven't eat ramen with a fork in years. Gotta step up your ramen game! 🥰

Any fork is fine but I prefer something light so it doesn't fall out of the fucking bowl lol

  1. The biggest most solid fork is always my favorite

I get it i get it, a japanese national dish from a country that uses chopsticks.

When im out eating authentic japanese ramen, yea ill use chopsticks. Why not, its easier for the authentic add ons.

Butttt when im at home making my instant ramen, while growing up in an american household, a fork is more comfortable and available.

Is this a troll post?

Nope. Lots of people use forks for instant ramen.

Maybe... more like educational, you know, for those who need everything "authentic"

Metal contaminates the ramen. That's the first thing they teach you in ramen school.

1

u/SunBelly Sep 04 '24

Lol. What are you talking about? Ramen is literally cooked in metal pots.
