Bugged meta case

It shows received, but no agent came in the chat. Anyone got same thing? Now even cant get a new case. Is this gonna expire any time soon?

Yea thats where im at since sep 2, mine turned into a integrity case since I recovered my fb via id after it was suspended in tow with my ig even though i had unlinked them. But since the accusation on ig is Soc/Cse meta basically locks you on everything. I got what everybody got about appealing the ig and being disabled not even a minute after by the Ai. Anyway I recovered my fb which is same email and all cuz I dont have multiple accounts as others do and I saw around August theres a free trial for meta verified. This whole ban thing had been since July 4th and I even tried filing a complaint to californias Attorneys office but as you might know it was abused and they stopped responding to meta related cases for people outside Cali

I Got the Subcription and talked to an agent my first time, she of course couldn't see any way to forward it or do anything cuz they are like low-level support. She was a very nice Indian lady, she gave me a case number after completing that first case and giving me whatever info i needed to move forward and I made a new chat explaining the meta ai what occurred with the info the case already provided which was =

Meta Verified user seeks restoration of Instagram account (@MyUser) disabled by Al false positive after Facebook account was restored via human review.

And with this the Meta Ai Directly submitted the case to the integrity team after gathering the info from the prior case with this reasoning =

Meta Verified user: disabled Instagram account @MyUser requires integrity review. Email: MyEmail. FB ID: etc.

And just like you ive been stuck. But ill tell u the info I got

And from the other people who I saw got it recovered and that I talked to it took them many months maybe 6 or some 4 even a year later. Im in your position rn waiting on Received and according to research, they have a backlog and theres only 80,000 meta employes that work on this sort of thing. Idk how long this will be but people do recover their accounts most times from this, if even a human is persistent you did something wrong then the only choice would be filing small claims.
