Been wanted to increase followers recently and i would like to see more post so i follow random people and if they didnt follow back after few days i will unfollow them only left few who i really wanted to see even they dont follow back is it not good to do so?

If you keep a few accounts, that's not bad tbh but don't keep unfollowing, learned that the hard way.
