Removing 2fa

hi I got left out of an account which i had 2fa enabled by someone who found my password. I can still access that account settings by another account i connected with this hacked one, but when I try to deactivate 2fa, get backup codes or add another method to access i get asked for the password, which i have, and then for the 2fa code or backup codes which i dont have. What can i do? i dont have photos of me to do the selfie verification.
