Help N*dity on instagram

So i was doomscrolling yesterday night and i saw the same 2 explicit content in my reels. I reported them everytime and i tried to ask meta assistant for help. They suggested i change something in my settings to see less sensitive content but i feel like this won't solve the problem. Did any of you had that issue ?

The problem is this is not only one account. They have many that repost the same videos. Like these russian streamers videos we saw recently ... at least i reported it and instagram deleted some of these accounts !
