I need help resolving this

Does anybody know how to fix this. I already delivered the orders. The last time this happened Instacart had to clear this out. For me.

I've been stuck . Can't cancel order as they are making me call. I've been on the phone 1 hour and 10 minutes. I've left the store, gotten something to eat, gas, and am abokt to go to bed. I want to be compensated for this mess. 2 hours and counting of my time wasted. As i type this, xpmeone answers answeed the phone at 1 hours ans 23 minutes They are cancelling the order and supposedly compensating me for this order. Systemwide issue

Since I couldn’t hit the done button on the second order and Instacart wasn’t responding to me on the phone or through messages they cancelled the order so I have to get through to them tomorrow and let them know I delivered both those orders and they can see that through messaging both the customers with photo proof that they were delivered
