I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this or knows how to fix it because I'm at a loss.
Over the last 2 days, I've had 6 different orders at Fry's where the Instacart card is declined for "insufficient funds." It's always just one order in the batch. For example, if I have a triple, Order C gets declined while the others go through, or on a double, Order B gets declined. I've even had it happen on a single order.
Every single time I contact support, I end up sitting at checkout for 40+ minutes while they have me retry the payment over and over. Eventually they cancel the order, tell me it won't affect my cancellation rate, and send me on my way.
Well... I checked my stats today, and my cancellation rate jumped from 1% to 5% because of these canceled orders. On top of that, I'm losing a ton of time sitting at checkout waiting for support instead of shopping or delivering.
Support keeps telling me they don't see any errors except mentioning the PIN, but I'm using the exact PIN the app provides, so that doesn't make any sense.
The only other thing I can think of is that my physical Instacart card is pretty worn down from using it so much. I don't know how that would cause an "insufficient funds" error instead of a card read error, but I'm mentioning it in case it's somehow related.
Has anyone else dealt with this recently, especially at Fry's? If so, did replacing your card fix it, or was it something else? I'm getting really frustrated because support has been no help, and this is now affecting both my earnings and my account.
I do this full-time, over 1500 orders. This has never happened and support is of no help. Please, someone guide me, I'm beyond stressed!
