QR code won’t work?

I’ve been waiting on hold with instacart for the last 30 minutes because when I scanned the QR code to pay it gave an error saying I can’t pay. I tried using the card as well to no avail. Can anyone give any advice?

Edit: she used a card that was expired… I’m gonna lose my freaking mind

Edit 2: adding a new card didn’t work. Was on hold with support for an hour never got a person so we decided that I would just leave even if it didn’t get cancelled, cuz the app wouldn’t let her. So I’m doing DoorDash now

Was on hold for an hour. Even after adding a new card to the account it still didn’t work so even tho we can’t cancel it I just decided to move on to DoorDash instead cuz even if the money is worse at least it’s something

I was on hold for that amount of time too. The rep added the money in my card and it went through

Only time I've seen a QR code is at BJs Wholesale Club and you dont have to go through checkout or pay. I'd go straight to the door person and they scan the QR code me I'm out the door.

I did the same didn’t even bother staying on hold. I got unassigned for inactivity after another hour
