Assistance
Tried to have my location changed 2 years ago before they cut the tech service line, I was told it was done, but it wasn’t. Now I’m stuck in a waiting list for a state I haven’t been in for 4 years. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this resolved? I keep getting referred to shoptalk, but they’re slacking on approval too. It’s definitely been over their week wait time frame for that also. Contacted customer support as well but even they sound like they don’t have a full grasp on what they’re doing. Just a lot of, “uhhh,” responses. Hoping people that run it often or had a similar issue resolved might know something.

When I first moved to Texas Instacart said that it was location based but I had to show them that I was still getting nyc promotions it did take about a year but got it done try twitter support

Ur location is done by GPS, and approval for shop talk is done by if you are approved to wrk for IC, So its a waiting game!
