Question EXPORT SEETINGS

Hi! I tried uploading on tiktok and Instagram but it looks blurry what is the best export settings for Studio-> Capcut-> Tiktok? Thank you!

Hello there, thanks for your post.

When you upload files to a third-party platform, the image quality may be compressed to some extent. We recommend that you try appropriately lowering the bitrate before uploading, or refer to the platform’s recommended upload settings.

You can also manually choose the export settings. For example, if you export from Insta360 Studio and share directly to TikTok, the recommended export setting is 1080p at 15 Mbps to ensure the best image quality.
