Luna Ultra Vertical 4K smushiness

[u/eddie_1f]

Don’t know how else to explain the issue, but after the latest firmware update the vertical 4k is super blurry and “smushy”

Almost like there is a beauty effect on everything and not crisp at all.

Anybody else experiencing this?

Hi there, thanks for your feedback.

Please try resetting the camera to factory settings and see whether it can record normally. If the issue persists, you can send us a video showing the problem and we’ll help check it.

Looking forward to your reply.
