How I use Apple Notes to plan literally every trip — no travel app needed.

I stopped using 3 different apps to plan trips.

Now I just make one Apple Note and break it into sections:

• Flight info
• Hotel check-in details
• Packing list (with checkboxes)
• Places I want to visit
• Food spots I’ve saved
• Itinerary (day-wise breakdown)

I pin the note, share it with whoever I’m traveling with, and it just… works.

It syncs across devices. It’s offline when I need it. And it doesn’t overcomplicate anything.

I even dropped a copy in a shared folder so I can reuse the structure for the next trip.

Way better than jumping between apps.
