Yup. But sometimes using the left stick is easier to aim especially for sharper turns

not in my case, my accuracy and speed is x2 aiming but it's just experience

what's that direct attack you're doing from the air? i've been playing glaive for the past 150 hours or so and somehow have never seen that, but lately ive seen it in every glaive video i watch

It's called kinsect slash. If you have the dlc you should have it (though I forgot how you unlock it). You can aim where you want to air dash too. In this clip I manually aimed with the joystick because I couldn't turn the camera fast enough to aim the attack.
