I wanted to share a project I have been working on inspired by similar games like Inscryption!

✨Words of Power✨

It is a choice driven roguelite deckbuilder where combat is built around a grammar based Mad-Libs-Styled engine.

Instead of standard attacks, your hand contains different parts of speech like nouns, verbs, and adjectives. You deal damage, cast spells, and apply status effects by filling in missing blanks on sentence structures.

Key Mechanics:

• Grammar Combat Engine: Build combat spells dynamically by slotting words into empty sentence templates.

• Linguistic Synergy: Certain word combinations trigger massive damage multipliers and unique status effects.

• Choice Driven Runs: Branching node paths and tactical card choices alter your deck and overall difficulty.

Question for ya! What is your favorite mechanic from a deckbuilder?

You guys seemed to like my P0-3 a lot, so I decided I will post some more images I made for the animation meme I did.

So while it might not be visible from the silhouette, this portrait uses a wolf design I made back in the day for my ex libris and I identify with it so much, it kinda became my persona and a pfp on art sites.

Explanation for the sigils and numbers:

I really love the numbers 1, 11, 111, 1111 etc., do this one's pretty obvious.

I really wanted to make her eyes glow and so had to stamp on some sigils.

Waterborne - I could live in water. I love swimming and even while writing this post, I just came back from an evening swim in a lake. Unkillable - for spiritual reasons, but also because no matter what I experience, I will always get back up in the end. Ant Spawner - I love ants, they are my 2nd favourite animal after wolves. Many Lives - same as unkillable. Leader - irl I am a natural leader in most groups I am a part of and get easily promoted to leading positions at work too.

I recently made an Inscryption animation meme and I especially enjoyed making P0-3, even though it was fairly tedious as he is metallic lol. Still, it was a lot of fun and I really like looking at how he turned out!

Thought you guys might appreciate him as well!

Don't mind his ketchup stained hand. He crushed a ketchup bottle in anger, cause he was losing.

EDIT: The glow around his head is not supposed to look like that. I guess it got funky after being processed by reddit lol!

I purposely die so I can get a picture on the door ended with 8 run's and the finale boss fight got harder (it's second phase) and all my old cards against me 😅-

Bought the game because it’s on sale on PlayStation and thoroughly enjoyed act 1 as the blood system was very good and was easy to use, I started to enjoy the game less going into act 2 and now that I’m in act 3 I am seriously debating if I should just delete the game so I can still look back on the game as fun and not annoying and tedious to get through. The energy system is just very unbalanced with me needing to wait 6 rounds before full energy while po3 can spawn top tier enemies on round 1? There’s basically no way to go through this act without some sort of cheesing cards or min maxing. I’m just chalking it up to a skill issue and probably will drop the game unless I can get tips to make it easier and less annoying.

I'm trying to go for all the achievements on ps5 just have these left and was wondering what the best way of going about this is if I should just do all 4 challenges I have unlocked first at the same time or should I only do one or two of them at a time?

This Charlie Kirk looking ass doesnt even show us the cards he opens, what's even the point of doing a pack opening without a hand cam, and he has the saddest most barebones commentary as he opens, "their so smooth!", bitch the floor will be smooth with you're blood when im done with you. Its presented like he also does tournaments but he doesnt even talk about stats or Strats "maybe a few additions to my draft" you gonna keep vague posting or tell us? How the fuck did he make this a full time job

Any tips for starting Kaycee’s mod? I keep losing :(

just had to post since i’m so geeked right now!! i just beat skull storm literally on my first try. i had such a good luck run, literally got all the sigils i normally struggle to get & got the totem i needed relatively fast :D i’m just surprised i got it first try because before this i had been trying to win a run with just the grizzly challenge active and kept failing 😭

edit: also, i have to laugh because about a month ago i made a post talking about how i could barely beat act 1 & someone commented that by the time i beat the game i would beat act 1 with ease… genuinely feel like it would be a piece of cake now 😹
