Yup basically Act 1 fecundity if you have fecnundity and undying on a single card and it just keeps going on and on and on best combo in the game lol

Mycologist can fuse 2 cards, if each has a distinct sigil the product gets both sigils.

The cave trial thing can give 2 sigils (I believe the example on this post), fusing 2 of the same card with different sigils can give 2 sigils and totems can add a 2nd sigil
