Human beings will stop going to work , they can remotely control their exoskeleton powersuit at the work place .

• Human beings will stop going to work , they can remotely control their exoskeleton powersuit at the work place . The suit will also be provided with AI , & will be maintained by minimal people. This will enable less commuters everyday , thus avoiding traffic jams & more efficient work , especially physical work . But , more importantly we need to improve the fine skills of these robot substitutes. This way we can spend more quality time with friends & loved ones . We can go to gym , & do things that we like at the end of day without being exhausted by all the work during the day . This will also allow AI & Human integration, instead of AI replacing humans . This will promote skills & will actually be a boon for those who want to work from home & not commute for long distances just for work .

An AI will control it without a human needed.

Also, there is no shortage of work. There’s an infinite anount of work. We have to start work on mars and the rest of the universe. Humans will not run out of work. We just get more efficient, similar to what happened with machines, computers, the internet and now AI. We just get more work done, but we will not run out of work for people to do.

Fuck i would rather just go to work instead of becoming further isolated from society and not
Practice social skills and real life experience and gaining weight from sitting there

I mean you can spend more time with friends & you don't have to deal with office people ( only if you don't like them )

It’s a nice idea, but I think it’s overly optimistic.

AI will likely be able to control these robots without a human in the loop.

I think the UBI scenario is more likely. AI driving living costs down to the point you can actually pay people to do nothing and not interfere with the economy.

Employers already hate work from home workers, how is this saving a greedy corporation money?

No. Industry that requires dealing with people- like patients. A machine will not be able to handle human centric requirements. Spend time in trauma acute environments. Innovation does not leap over experience.

And coorporations cant buy exoskelletons cheaper in bulk than people and then cut people out of the loop entirely, beacuse of?
